PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement efficient energy use, in a data center facility or server room. PSOLUTION: The data center facility or server room includes an arithmetic processing apparatus in a first space used for logical operation processing; a power supply apparatus in a second space for supplying DC power to the arithmetic processing apparatus; and first and second cooling apparatus for independently cooling the arithmetic processing apparatus and power supply apparatus.
