P To provide a protective coating agent for a light-transmittable layer, which forms a light-transmittable layer of an optical disk to which recording and/or reproduction are made by using blue-color laser and in order to efficiently produce a next-generation high-density optical disk which hardly causes curvature to a base board after an ultraviolet-curing resin is cured and is excellent in friction resistance and moisture resistance. PSOLUTION: An ultraviolet-curing resin composition for an optical disk contains and in a resin composition, (A) 5-80 wt.% of urethane (meta) acrylate which has polycaprolactone in a molecule, (B) 5-60 wt.% of epoxy (meta) acrylate, (C) 5-60 wt.% of (meta) acrylate monomer and (D) 1-15 wt.% of photopolymerization initiator.
