PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set up different kinds of access rights to one document based on a relation between a document and document access requester. PSOLUTION: A document management program includes: a group relation information storage part 45 which stores the right related information including a document class, an authority holder group, a group to which a document access requester belongs, and a weight given to the document access requester concerned; and an access right information storage part 46 which stores access right information including the document class, a document status, a class of an access right to be set up to the document access requester, and a weight condition for setting up the access right concerned. An access right determination part 31 specifies the weight to be given to the document access requester concerned based on the authority holding group and document access requester (relevant group) of the document concerned with respect to an access request of the document, and specifies a kind of the access right to be set to the document access requester of the document concerned based on the specified weight, the status of the document to which access is requested, and the class of the document concerned.
