PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for much more accurately creating a human relationship map by efficiently promoting a questionnaire reply in the case of creating a human relationship map by using a questionnaire.;SOLUTION: In a human relationship map management server 10, a reply information storage part 12 stores the information of a questionnaire reply from a candidate as the creation object of a human relationship map.
