PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for discriminating variety of peanut. PSOLUTION: Main varieties of domestic peanut are discriminated by using either one or more microsatellite markers selected from a group composed of PM15, PM32, PM50, PM137, PM204 and PM238 or a group composed of PM204, PM3, PM137, PM238, pPGSseq-16F10, pPGSseq-11G07, pPGSseq-11G03 and AH2TC7C6.
