The present invention relates to an identification method of a variety of gerbera using a mirosatellite primer set. More specifically, the present invention relates to an identification method of a variety of gerbera using a mirosatellite primer set which is used to identify a variety of gerbera and shows polymorphism with respect to 30 varieties of gerbera collected in Korea. According to the present invention, the microsatellite primer set is used as a microsatellite marker for the identification of a variety of gerbera. Accordingly, the microsatellite primer set can be greatly used in various fields like determining the genuineness of a variety of gerbera, arbitrating a dispute about gerbera seeds, selecting a control variety of gerbera for the registration of a protected variety of gerbera, etc. The identification method of a variety of gerbera comprises the following steps: amplifying nucleic acid using a genome DNA derived from gerbera as a template, and using, as a primer, at least one primer set selected from the group consisting of Ger-1 to Ger-20 primer sets; and determining a variety of the gerbera from an amplified product obtained in the previous step.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
