PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical coordinator as an entity interposed between a dentist and a patient to improve the patient's satisfaction, and to provide information calculated based on a referable treatment policy and treatment plan when the clinical coordinator provides a comment to the patient. PSOLUTION: In the system, a clinical coordinator server including a memory provided with treatment cost data including price information and treatment period information for each treatment method, and repayment plan data including repayment plan information; a treatment estimate forming program for calculating a treatment estimated amount from a treatment method determined by a treatment plan formed by the dentist and the treatment cost data; a repayment plan forming program for calculating a repayment amount per time and a repayment period from a loan period, a payment frequency, an interest system and a repayment method for the amount repaid determined from the treatment estimated amount; and a central arithmetic element which operates the programs is connected to a clinical coordinator terminal for data input, and a doctor terminal for inputting treatment item name data through a network.
