PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a PRC (programmed route control) device for shortening closing time of a crossing, even if a train operation is delayed to some degree.;SOLUTION: This PRC device includes an extension program 14, in addition to a route control program 13 holding extension data 12 capable of acquiring estimated arrival time from a station to the crossing in addition to an execution diagram 11, and standardizing and setting a signal reverse position time for controlling a departure signal machine 15 at a stopping station to an advancing instruction signal based on the execution diagram 11. The extension program 14 retrieves a next station holding the crossing to be a closing time shortening processing object together with a present station based on the extension data 12, and investigates the presence or absence of a train which is stopping at the next station and is expected to pass by based on train operation state information. In the case of the presence, the estimated arrival time up to the crossing from the present station and the next station is determined by referring to the extension data 14. Crossing passing expected times of both trains are determined, and delay time is obtained and validity of the delay is decided from the difference. When the delay is effective, a delay setting for delaying the standardized and set signal reverse position time is performed by using the acquired delay time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
