PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an operation load related to medical service and enhance the efficiency of the medical service by providing a system for efficiently and effectively maintaining check data used for receipt check. PSOLUTION: In the medical service support system 100, a receipt computer 101 extracts a combination of disease name and medicine from receipt data R, and updates the correlation value of the extracted combination held in a correlation DB 130. The receipt computer 101 periodically transmits the hold content of the correlation DB 130 to a maintenance server 103. The maintenance server 103 receives the hold content of the correlation DB 130 from the receipt computer 101, and updates the hold content of an accumulative correlation DB 150. The hold content of a check master DB 160 is periodically updated based on the updated hold content of the accumulative correlation DB 150 and the update result is transmitted to the receipt computer 101.
