PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To classify and present a history of a user browsing a web page.;SOLUTION: Every time a user browses the web page, a browse start time attribute related to a browsing operation, a browse end time attribute, a URL attribute and a text attribute are stored in a browse history storage means as a browse history. Optional two browser histories stored in the browse history storage means are read, and the similarities of operation histories are calculated for the respective attribute kinds and stored in respective similarity result storage means for the respective attribute kinds.
