PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scale-like thin-film fine powder dispersion liquid which can be used as a negative electrode of a lithium secondary battery superior in cycle characteristics while maintaining a storage and desorption performance of lithium which silicon originally has. PSOLUTION: The scale-like thin-film fine powder dispersion liquid contains in a solvent a scale-like thin-film fine powder capable of storage and adsorption of lithium in which any of thin-films is pulverized out of (A) a thin film by a layer of a single body or a laminate of a plurality of any of metal unit, alloy, or a metal compound capable of storage and desorption of lithium reversibly or (B) a thin film which is laminated to become a total two layers or more using both of a layer of a single body of any of metal unit, alloy, or a metal compound capable of storage and desorption of lithium reversibly and a layer of a single body of any of metal unit or alloy which is not capable of storage and desorption of lithium reversibly.
