PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deformation in a vehicle width direction of a bumper support member generated at collision of a vehicle.;SOLUTION: High friction materials 44, 40 are provided between a bumper cover 20 and a bumper absorber 18 and between the bumper absorber 18 and a bumper reinforcement 16, and are fixed to the bumper absorber 18. Therefore, by friction resistance between the high friction materials 44, 40 and the bumper cover 20 and the bumper reinforcement 16, relative movement of the bumper absorber 18 in a vehicle width inner side direction relative to the bumper cover 20 and relative movement of the bumper reinforcement 16 in the vehicle width inner side direction relative to the bumper absorber 18 can be suppressed. Therefore, at collision of the vehicle, falling down of a front side member 14 and a crash box 17 in the vehicle width inner side direction can be suppressed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
