A bottleneck for a molding machine for molding injeu00c7u00e7o injeu00c7u00e7o materials of rubber or elastomu00c9ricos machine, molding injeu00c7u00e7o, and system and method for seasoning materials of rubber or elastomu00c9ricos injeu00c7u00e7o during molding.The present invention is relating to a flow restrictor for an injection molding machine for injection molding materials of rubber or elastomeric materials, and comprises a module flow restrictor, a flow channel inlet and a flow channel exit provided n He and a flow restrictor device.The flow channel of entry may be provided at an angle with respect to the flow channel exit. The flow restrictor device includes a piston that serves as a restrictive flow, and more particularly, not only to restrict the flow of the material but also for injection of material of rubber or elastomeric material to the inside of the injection mould.The use of innovative flow restrictor may provide a system and method for temperature control of materials, rubber or elastomer materials during injection moulding, and this, more particular, can achieve shorter cycle times.
