摘要

Polyacetal was combined with polyacetal, fiberreinforced polyacetal and fiber reinforced polycabonate by asimultaneous composite injection molding (SCI. Molding) inwhich two different melts can be injected into one mold cavitysimultaneously through two individually controlled channels. Thestructure and properties of polyacetal sandwich moldings wereinvestigated as a function of molding conditions. Impact strengthand mold shrinkage were strongly affected by the crystallinemorphology of polyacetal, Bending properties and dimensionalstability of the polyacetal composite moldings were improved bysandwich molding.
