A pharmaceutical composition is described containing a low melting oil / fat-like substance, which is improved in drug dissolution property and has excellent dissolution properties and stability. Specifically, a pharmaceutical composition is described comprising a pharmacologically active ingredient, a low melting oil / fat-like substance and a low viscosity binder. Also described is a method for improving the elution of the pharmacologically active ingredient from a solid pharmaceutical composition comprising the pharmacologically active ingredient and the low melting oil / fat-like substance, characterized by using a low viscosity binder.
