The invention relates to the field of biotechnology relating to human health. It describes a vaccine carrier in which toxins from eukaryotic organisms are encapsulated into multilayer vesicles obtained by the dehydration-rehydration method, the lipid composition of which is dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine: cholesterol in a 1: 1 molar ratio, for subcutaneous or intramuscular administration. In the case of these compositions do not need to use other adjuvants. The compositions described make it possible to modulate a CTL-specific immune response against one or more antigens co-encapsulated in toxin-containing liposomes. The vaccine carrier according to the present invention shows advantages over other vaccine carriers that are described in the prior art due to the strength and functionality of the inducible immune response, as well as its immunomodulating properties.
