The invention relates to methods, compositions and pharmaceutical preparations for the design, production and transfection of the blood-producing and mesenchymal cells of the umbilical cord with recombined therapeutic genes described in details therein for the increase of the expression of the genes transcription products and transcriptional factors referred therein (STAT3, SOX2,NANOG, AMd, IL3,IL6, CSF2RB,OCT4). The present invention provides synthetic molecules of double-helix ribonucleic acid dsRNAs, saRNAs complementary to the sequences of the nucleotides of the actuators of the transcriptional factors and genes of the present invention (STAT3, SOX2, NANOG, AMd, IL3, IL6, CSF2RB, OCT4).
