The present invention provides a novel composite propellant formulation composition comprising: a metallic fuel as nano-aluminium powder in the range of 15-20% by weight a polymeric binder as hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) In the range of 10-12% by weight a plasticizer as Dioctyl adipate (DOA) is in the range of 3-5% by weight an oxidizer as ammonium perchlorate is in the range of 65-70% by weight a bonding agent and an antioxidant and a bi-curative based on toluene diisocyanate(TDI) & isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI)
