Additionally, the instruction techniques are improved between the participant teachers whom share better practices amongst them. F inally, an environment for balancing the educational quality is provided by means of the intercultural and international, and multilevel interactions which are sponsored in each dimension student-student, student-tutor, student-teacher, teacher-teacher, student-monitor, and teacher-monitor.
