The multilevel hybrid educational system consist on an internationalisation system at home where pairs of different places and educational levels collaboratively research and/or study a subject, specially with global impact, from the practical approach of the problem solution and the optic of the discipline/subject to be studied (ex. Social sciences) by means of a cooperation/collaboration system and tutoring between the students of the same and/or different educational levels and the participant teachers, also having the option of external monitors. The final product is resumed in an action that may be verified in their impact area (school or community), which varies in complexity according to the level of study of the participants, which ranges from artistic exhibitions to conferences and initiatives of solutions presented to public or private organisms. Additionally, the instruction techniques are improved between the participant teachers whom share better practices amongst them. F inally, an environment for balancing the educational quality is provided by means of the intercultural and international, and multilevel interactions which are sponsored in each dimension student-student, student-tutor, student-teacher, teacher-teacher, student-monitor, and teacher-monitor.
