The present invention discloses a panel and a double vertical-hanging modular structure comprising bags made of geotextile felt for hydroponic cultivation of plants or vegetation, comprising a vertical panel having a plurality of double hanging units in the form of hydroponic geotextile felt bags, a structure with a plastic cover and fixed upper ventilation for forming a greenhouse and the construction system thereof. The object of the present invention is to provide a type of vertical panel totally different from those currently available on the market, thanks to a novel and simple internal structure, whose main feature is that it combines the advantages of several vertical panels available on the market, but with a smaller number of components and higher benefits.
