PYROLYSIS ELECTRO CATALYTIC INSTALLATION (PECI) FOR PROCESSING OF CARBON-CONTAINING RAW MATERIAL (CCRM) AND PRODUCTION OF PYROLYSIS SYNTHESIS-GAS AND PYROCARBONE - SOLID CARBON RESIDUE (SCR)

The invention relates to pyrolysis electro catalytic installations (PECI) for pyrolysis processing of carbon-containing raw material, mainly waste water sludge, by pyrolysis and production of pyrolysis synthesis-gas and pyrocarbone solid carbon residue (SCR). The installation contains reactor (1), made is a form of horizontally installed cylindrical housing (2) with heat-insulating layer (3) and jacket (4), electric heating units (5), located along the perimeter of housing (2) or reactor (1), bin (6) for raw material, raw material supplying box (7), located in the upper input part of reactor (1), equipped with loading machine (8), box (9) for pyrocarbon delivery, located in bottom output part of reactor (1) opposite to its input part, socket (10) for removing of pyrolysis synthesis gas located in the upper part of reactor cavity (1), and the catalyst (11), applied on inclined blades (14) of agitator (12) and inner surface of housing (2) of reactor (1). The raw material supply is made with horizontal input channel (16), located transversally to reactor axis (1), inside of which (16) the charging machine (8) is installed. The for pyrocarbon delivery in the bottom part is made with horizontal input channel (17), located transversally to reactor axis (1), inside of which discharge outlet (18) is installed. The installation provides energy consumption reducing and increase in yield of pyrolysis synthesis-gas.
