The invention relates to pyrolysis electro-catalytic installations for pyrolysis processing of carbon-containing raw materials, mainly sewage sludge, and the production of pyrolysis synthesis gas and pyrocarbon. The installation contains a reactor (1), made in the form of a horizontally mounted cylindrical body (2) with a heat insulating layer (3) and a casing (4), electric heaters (5) located around the perimeter of the body (2) of the reactor (1), a bunker (6) for raw materials, a feedstock chamber (7) located in the upper inlet of the reactor (1), equipped with a loader (8), a pyrocarbon dispensing chamber (9) located in the lower outlet of the reactor (1) opposite to its inlet, a branch pipe (10 ) removal of pyrolysis synthesis gas, located in the upper part of the cavity of the reactor and (1), and the catalyst (11) deposited on the parts located in the cavity of the reactor (1). According to the invention, the reactor (1) is fixed. In the cavity of the body (2) of the reactor (1), the mixer (12) is horizontally mounted, made in the form of a shaft (13) with inclined blades (14) located on the shaft (13) in a helical spiral, and equipped with a drive (15) mounted outside the reactor (1) and kinematically connected with the shaft (13) of the stirrer (12). The feed chamber (7) is made with a horizontal input channel (16) located across the axis of the reactor (1), inside which (16) a loader (8) is installed. The pyrocarbon dispensing chamber (9) in the lower part is made with a horizontal output channel (17) located across the reactor axis (1), inside which (17) a discharger (18) is installed.
