A method for predicting the destabilization of coronary heart disease in patients with concomitant chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) consisting in general clinical examination methods. The examination is carried out in remission COPD with determination of maximum expiratory flow volume at the large bronchi level according to computer spirograph and content of endothelin- plasma.
