A method for detection of transformation event of maize MON810 in genetically modified plant by multiplex polymerase chain reaction, for realization of which denaturation of plant DNA is carried out; cycles each of which comprises DNA denaturation, renaturation of plant DNA with oligonucleotide primers, synthesis of target genes fragments; final synthesis of fragments of target genes. For carrying out of multiplex polymerase chain reaction the pair of oligonucleotide primers is used, which are specific to transformation event MON810 (0.25 m VM01; 0.25 m VM03), to genetic construction in which the transformation was carried out (0.45 MicMmgl; 0.45 m mg2),and pair of primers for fragment of own maize gene adh-1 (0.20 m Adh-F3; 0.20 m Adh-Rl).
