A face of building comprises guide hollow props fixed on inserted floor and connected by means of inserts-holders with horizontal elements. Horizontal elements of the face are arranged of pre-assembled window frames with possibility of installation of insulating glass units there, and in the gap between the neighboring window frames with insulating glass units filling elements are installed.
