摘要

A technique for dermoplasty with the split meshed autodermografts at plastic ratios of 1×4, 1×6 comprises withdrawing autodermograft with the aid of dermatome, cutting it with the aid of roller perforator PKTR-01 at plastic ratios of 1×4, 1×6. Then the prepared grafts are placed in a shape of regular quadrangles onto the granulating wound surfaces. The thin round (d ) autodermograft is placed in the center of the regular quadrangles.
