A dermatome for cutting medium full-thickness meshed epidermis-translocalizing autodermograft with 1-6 ratio of area increase contains half-cylinder, the operating surface of half-cylinder, the shaft, the frame attached to the shaft, the flat knife installed on the frame in parallel to operating surface. The gap between the operating surface of half-cylinder and the knife is adjustable with the aid of the mechanism. The dermatome contains the right and the left semicircles attached to the left and right sides of the handle. The demountable embossed technological plate is made of the plastic mass and generates half-cylinder containing the linear cusps as the fragments arranged in staggered mode being displaced by 50 % relative to each other.
