A method for prolonged electrostimulation by "Neisi 3M" implanted electrostimalation system at syndrome of thoracal aperture, which is a method for combine threatment. The supraclavicular surgical approach to brachial plexus is carried out with the removal of one rib, then scalenotopy is carried out and roots C5, C6, C7 are isolated, and the electrodes of "Neisi 3M" implanted electrostimalation system are increased first to the C7 root, then to the upper beam of the brachial plexus, the antenna of the electrosrimulating system is sutured subcutaneously on the anterior surface of the subclavian chest wall, soft tissues are sutured in layers and aseptic bandage is applied, at postoperative period with an external antenna the electrical stimulation is carried out via inductive coupling.
