METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF BULLOUS LUNG DISEASE

A method for the surgical treatment of the bullous lung disease comprises thoracotomy and the removal of the bullous cavity. The central sector of the bulla is resected with the walls in height being left on each edge. The free edge of the bulla is sutured and rotated by 180°. Then the parenchyma of the lung is sutured under the bulla and the needle is exited analogously on the opposite side.
