A support high technical pavement comprising a body (1) with a suitable lower part (2) to remain on a subfloor and a suitable upper surface (3) for supporting the tiles of said floor, said top surface including spacer elements (4 ) in relief defining four quadrants, corresponding to four parts (11, 12, 13 and 14) of said body, said four parts being suitable for containing the juxtaposed corners of said tile, characterized in that the support comprises a housing (5) , which is aligned with each of said four sides (11, 12, 13 and 14), is part of said body (1) of said support and is containing corresponding coupling means (6), whose position with respect to said housing is adjustable in height, so that said means may contact the underfloor, wherein said housing is a screw (5) hole passing through said body (1) and said medium s coupling comprise a suitable screw cap (6) for engaging said threaded hole, and wherein the screw cap (6) has a height equal to or less than the depth of said hole (5).
