A highly-efficient heat radiating LED lamp, comprising a radiator (1), a groove (2) is arranged on the radiator (1); a circuit board (3) is tightly fixed in the groove (2); and an LED module (4) is arranged on the circuit board (3). The method for manufacturing the highly-efficient heat radiating LED lamp comprises the following steps: opening the groove (2) having the same size as the circuit board (3) on the radiator (1), arranging a heat conductive layer (7) on the surface of the groove (2), drilling an exhaust hole (5) on the radiator (1) for communicating with the surroundings and the groove (2), heating the radiator (1) to expand the groove, assembling the circuit board (3) into the groove (2), pressing the circuit board (3) to discharge the air via the air exhaust hole (5), and cooling. The highly-efficient heat radiating LED lamp has a simple structure and has a good heat radiation effect.
