The virtual auto-matched-based virtual mentoring site collects a plurality of answers from embedded site questions, similar in context, all designed to auto-match (pair) youth (v-Mentees) with an adult (v-Mentor) based on personal, career, hobby, academic, and personality similarities. The virtual social network site simultaneously apply auto-generated business intelligence rules of engagement and social logic reasoning to auto-match (pair) virtual mentees and virtual mentors one-on-one or one-to-many to establish virtual relationships for short and long distance learning, mentoring, academic attitude and career enhancement.
