The present invention provides: a three-dimensional model comprising a lymphatic endothelial cell, an inflammatory cell and a support, wherein the lymphatic endothelial cell and the inflammatory cell are laminated on the support in this order from the bottom and the lymphatic endothelial cell forms a lymphatic vessel on the support; and a method for utilizing the three-dimensional model.
