A method utilizing three-dimensional image fitting for reconstructing a blood vessel structure and a three-dimensional model thereof. The method comprises: primary fitting, fitting correction, and blood vessel reconstruction. For the primary fitting, computer tomography scan and computer tomography blood vessel photography are utilized on the human body to produce respectively a first displacement image and a first fixed image, multiple two-dimensional second fixed images and multiple two-dimensional second displacement images are formed respectively by projection on the basis of different projection perspectives of the first displacement image and of the first fixed image, the second displacement images being mapped to the features of the second fixed images, and a three-dimensional conversion displacement image is formed by fitting. For the fitting correction, the conversion displacement image and the first fixed image are measured and corrected, thus making the conversion displacement image very similar to the first fixed image. For the blood vessel reconstruction, the first fixed image is overlappingly mapped on the conversion displacement image, thereby allowing precise editing and the reconstruction of the blood vessel structure.
