The device has a hollow cylinder section (14a) whose diameter is matched to inside diameter of a pipe component (12) of an industrial robot that turns relative to the device. An inner edge rounding section having rounding radius is matched to diameter of a power line. A radial bearing section (14c) is arranged for rotatable support of the device relative to the rotating pipe component of the industrial robot. The industrial robot includes a base frame (2) on which a carousel is supported such that the carousel is rotatable around a vertical axis.
