A multi-functional fire-fighting combined injection unit comprises an injector and a mixer (302). The mixer (302) is provided with a main fire-fighting agent inlet, a mixed fire-fighting agent inlet, a mixer gas inlet for receiving compressed air and a mixer outlet in communication with the injector. The multi-functional fire-fighting combined device of the present invention comprises the multi-functional fire-fighting combined injection unit. The main fire-fighting agent inlet of the mixer is selectively in communication with a dry powder output port for outputting fluidized dry powder or an outlet of a concrete pump; the mixed fire-fighting agent inlet is selectively in communication with a foaming agent box (8) or a concrete additive box; and the mixer gas inlet is connected with a corresponding compressed air source. Additionally, the present invention also provides a multi-functional fire engine comprising the multi-functional fire-fighting combined device. According to the present invention, the injection of various fire-fighting media, such as a water foaming mixing agent, dry powder, and concrete can be realized through the whole set of the multi-functional fire-fighting combined device, and thus the practicability is wider, and the fire-fighting performance is better.
