In order to produce the wine-based carbonated cocktail, a dry white table wine material, sugar, citric acid, the natural flavourings "Cherry", "Barberry", "Forest fruits" and "Orange", the complex food additive "Ecotan" [Anthocyanin], the flavouring "Maté extract", guarana extract, the food additive "Aromacolor", the vitamin premix "963/7", carbon dioxide and prepared water with the following content in kg per 1000 decalitres of finished product, are used: sugar 949.5 - 950.5; citric acid 64.8 - 65.2; the natural flavouring "Cherry" 1.3 - 1.8; the natural flavouring "Barberry" 1.8 - 2.2; the natural flavouring "Forest fruits" 0.1 - 0.5; the natural flavouring "Orange" 1.3 - 1.7; the complex food additive "Ecotan" 14.8 - 15.2; the flavouring additive "Maté extract" 5.5 - 5.9; guarana extract 5.1 - 5.5; the food additive "Aromacolor" 1.8 - 2.2; the vitamin premix "963/7" 2.3 - 2.7; and carbon dioxide 44.8 - 45.2, as well as, in decalitres: at least 500 of the prepared water as the remainder. The invention makes it possible to increase the energy properties of a natural finished product by 15% and the organoleptic properties by 0.2 points.
