The invention relates to the wine-making industry and can be used in the liquor and vodka industry and the non-alcoholic beverage industry. In order to produce a wine-based carbonated cocktail, a dry white table wine material, sugar, citric acid, the natural flavourings "Passionfruit" and "Orange", the flavouring "Maté extract", guarana extract, the food additive "Aromacolor", the vitamin premix "963/7", carbon dioxide and prepared water with the following content in kg per 1000 decalitres of finished product, are used: sugar 949.5 - 950.5; citric acid 64.8 - 65.2; the natural flavouring "Passionfruit" 0.1 - 0.3; the natural flavouring "Orange" 1.3 - 1.7; the flavouring "Maté extract" 5.5 - 5.9; guarana extract 5.1 - 5.5; the food additive "Aromacolor" 0.8 - 1.2; vitamin premix 2.3 - 2.7; carbon dioxide 44.8 - 45.2, and also, in decalitres: dry white table wine material and at least 500 of prepared water make up the remainder. The invention makes it possible to increase the energy properties of a natural finished product by 10% and the organoleptic properties by 0.2 points.
