An avoidance-free three-dimensional parking space comprises a rail (2), a movement driving mechanism, a mobile case (3), a rotation driving mechanism (6), a main rotating shaft (7), a rotating post (8), a lifting actuating mechanism (24), and a car holding board (22). The movement driving mechanism is a telescopic rod type movement driving mechanism located outside the mobile case (3), and comprises a telescopic rod driving motor and a transmission device (15) thereof which are fixed outside the mobile case (3), and a telescopic rod mechanism which is parallel with the rail (2) and is driven by the transmission device to reciprocatingly stretch out and draw back in a translational manner. A front end of the telescopic rod mechanism is connected to the mobile case (3), and the other end is connected to a fixed support (9). A driving force which drives movement of the device generated by the telescopic rod type movement driving mechanism is linear and parallel to the rail; therefore, the inevitable problems, such as rail gnawing by the roller, an increase in the moving friction, and quick wear of the rail caused by the roller driving, due to that an existing product drives movement of a device by driving a one-way movable upper roller are solved. Moreover, the movement driving mechanism is simplified, manufacturing and maintenance costs are lowered, and running stability and reliability of the device are enhanced.
