A ginkgolide injection and a preparation method thereof. The injection comprises the following components: 1-10 mg/ml of ginkgolide (counted based on terpene lactone), 0.2-0.5 ml/ml of glycerol, 0.4-0.7 ml/ml of ethanol, and 0-0.5 ml/ml of water for injection.
