Preparing pulverizable inoculating gruel including osmotolerant bacterial population, comprises initially creating pre-gruel concentrated with fertilizer salts that the pre-gruel by a concentration factor to achieve a critical milliosmolarity (mOSM) responsible with static induction of the osmotolerance of the bacterial populations to osmotolerant priori, and abolishing, after a certain period of static induction, the concentration factor by the dilution of pre-gruel until a volume corresponds to the recommended volume for pulverizable gruel containing the osmotolerant populations.
