PURPOSE: A literary work producing system using a tree-type story relay method and a method thereof are provided to enable plural users to jointly produce and publish a single completed literary work by using the tree-type story relay method. CONSTITUTION: A database unit(210) stores plural written words related to a seed story. A story unit input unit(220) selects one of the written words to transmit the word to plural user terminals. One or more user terminals input one or more words corresponding to the selected word as story units into the story unit input unit. A node arrangement unit(230) generates nodes related to the inputted story units. The node arrangement unit matches the generated nodes with the story units respectively.
