PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can automatically check violation of using conditions in a wide range for literary works which are opened to the public or sold. ;SOLUTION: A literary works ID is uniquely buried previously into each literary work (S1), and a sales processing ID is also buried therein if a literary works sales management server must specify a purchaser to check possible violation of the literary works using condition after it is sold (S2). In a normal use made, a general terminal downloads a literary works (S3) to read the ID (S4) and notifies the sales management server of the literary works ID and location information on the literary works for the check of violation of the literary works using condition (S5).
