PURPOSE: A biodegradable sheet using PLA resin is provided to resolve the problem of raw material supply problem and to reduce harmful material.;CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable sheet with an adhesive layer(110) comprises a resin layer(120), a printed layer(130) and a transparent layer(140). The resin layer is formed on top of the substrate layer. The printed layer is formed on top of the resin layer. The transparent layer is formed on top of the printed layer. One or more of the resin layer and the transparent layer include a PLA resin. The biodegradable sheet additionally includes a surface treating layer formed on top of the printed layer. The PLA resin is in sol form. The PLA resin is blended with the bio resin or the synthetic resin.
