PURPOSE: A MOSFET(metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect-transistor) circuit comprising a switch of a cell voltage balancing circuit of a serial-parallel switching-type and a driving circuit thereof are provided to comprise a voltage equalization circuit of the serial-parallel switching-type with a small number of elements and a simple configuration. CONSTITUTION: A voltage equalization circuit(1) comprises a first serial circuit, a second serial circuit, a third serial circuit, a first switching group, and a second switching group. The first serial circuit is formed by connecting three storage cells in serial. The second serial circuit is formed by connecting two storage cells in serial. The third serial circuit is formed by connecting two storage cells in serial. The first switching group and the second switching group consist of a MOSFET switch.
