FLOW SENSOR WITH A BUBBLE REMOVAL FUNCTION, CAPABLE OF PREVENTING MALFUNCTION CAUSED BY BUBBLES FORMED IN THE INSIDE OF A CASE

PURPOSE: A flow sensor with a bubble removal function is provided to remove a space forming an air mass by a simple structure change, thereby enhancing the reliability of a flow measurement by preventing the malfunction of an impeller caused by the air mass.;CONSTITUTION: A flow sensor with a bubble removal function comprises a case(10), an impeller(20), a sensing member(30), and a scattering member(40). The case comprises a fluid inlet(11a) and a fluid outlet(11b). The impeller is installed in the internal space of the case, thereby being rotated by a flow of a fluid. The impeller comprises a plurality of blades(21) arranged in all directions and a shaft portion(23). The sensing member senses the flow of the fluid. The scattering member reduces a space between the upper part of a bottom surface(11c) and the lower parts of the blades, thereby preventing bubbles generated when passing through the impeller from being cohered.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
