APTAMER FOR DETECTING SEVERE ACUTE RESPIRATORY SYNDROME CORONAVIRUS AND A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An oligonucleotide aptamer of a specific sequence for a sensor for severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS) coronavirus is provided to ensure special affinity with nucleocapsid of SARS coronavirus and to bind with a target molecule with strong binding force.;CONSTITUTION: An oligonucleotide aptamer which specifically binds with nucleocapside proteins of SARS coronavirus is denoted by sequence numbers 1 and 2. The oligonucleotide aptamer is a sensor for SARS coronavirus nucleocapsid proteins. A pharmaceutical composition contains the oligonucleotide aptamer and physiologically acceptable carriers. The oligonucleotide aptamer is used as an antibody replacement. The pharmaceutical composition is used for treating and diagnosing infection by SARS coronavirus.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
