PURPOSE: A hot sheet for functional bedclothes and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to reduce a cost needed for manufacturing operations and to prevent the dust of a far infrared ray generating source from scattering.;CONSTITUTION: A hot sheet(10) for functional bedclothes is obtained by successively stacking a base fabric sheet(11), a heat emitting coating layer(12), and a surface layer(13). The heat emitting coating layer forms a far infrared ray emitting source. The heat emitting coating layer is a thin film layer using a paste composition. The paste composition is composed of 35-45 weight% of artificial graphite of 150-200 mesh size, 25-35 weight% of tourmaline of 2300-2500 mesh sizes, 5-15 weight% of at least one rear earth element minerals, and remaining amount of liquid acrylic ester.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
