PURPOSE: An integrated optical film, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing method of a diffusion layer are provided to improve brightness and light regularity and to secure integrity.;CONSTITUTION: An integrated optical film(100) comprises a light transport layer(5). The light transport layer is formed by laminating a diffusion layer(3) and a refraction layer(1). A plurality of first concave diffusion parts is formed at the upper side of the diffusion layer. A plurality of second concave diffusion parts is formed at the lower side of the diffusion layer. The refraction layer is laminated on the diffusion layer and refracts light which is transferred by passing through the diffusion layer.
