PURPOSE: A stator of an electric machine for preventing a temperature increase in a segmental conductor, a motor with the same, and an electric vehicle with the motor are provided to promote the radiant heat of a segmental conductor by increasing a contact area between a stator core and the segmental conductor. CONSTITUTION: A stator(160) comprises a stator core(161) with a slot, and a stator winding unit(170). The stator core forms a receiving space(164) for a rotator inside. The rotator(150) is rotationally placed from the stator. The rotator comprises a rotator core(151) and a magnet(155). A cooling unit(190) comprises a cooling pipe(191), a cooling fluid inlet(195), and a cooling fluid outlet(196).
